The matrix of connections between our two principal data centres ensures absolute resilience in connecting to the World Wide Web. Our infrastructure runs through a massive 2000Mbps (2 Gigabit) optical connection - this means total resilience and no network traffic bottlenecks.

Our IP backbone, provided by our strategic partners Level 3 Communications, uses the fastest dark-fibre connections for single-hop connections to Europe and the United States.

Our London data centres have sophisticated traffic management and switching technology. If any part of the network should fail, traffic is intelligently re-routed in under a second, so that there is no downtime for your website.
